1 package cooked and drained sausage links
8 oz. package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup half and half (or milk)
1 (small) can chopped green chiles
8 oz. package shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions: Toss Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese with 1 tablespoon flour. Place in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart round casserole dish. Beat eggs and half and half; stir in Worcestershire sauce and green chiles. Pour over the cheeses in casserole dish. Arrange the cooked and drained sausage links in spoke fashion on top of the casserole and refrigerate overnight. Thirty minutes prior to baking remove from refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature. Bake at 350°F 35 to 40 minutes or until egg mixture is set. Can also add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of hot sauce and omit green chiles for a Mexican taste.
Notes: You can omit chiles and add broccoli for a different taste.
