Quick Sloppy Joe Pizza

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can sloppy joe sauce (original or extra spicy)
1 refrigerated pizza crust
3 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese

Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet until done. Drain. Add can of sloppy joe sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until mixture is thick. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough to the edges of the cookie sheet. Be sure to make an edge around the crust to hold the filling. Top with prepared sloppy joe mixture. Top the filling with shredded cheese. Bake on the lower rack of the over for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 8 large pieces of pizza.

Notes: This recipe only takes about 30 minutes to make from start to finish.
