Tex-Mex Rolls

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 package dry taco seasoning
1 can refried beans with green chiles and garlic
1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 package egg roll wrappers

Directions: Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion. Stir in taco seasoning, refried beans and cheddar cheese. Place 1 heaping tablespoon meat mixture in center of egg roll wrapper. Fold each corner in toward center, tucking ends in and sealing with a little water. Fry in hot deep fat until brown on both sides, turning once. Serve with salsa, chopped onions, chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and chopped black olives, if desired.
