Easy Breakfast Pizza

1 lb. browned and drained sausage
1 package crescent rolls (separated)
1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup peppers (green, red or yellow, optional)
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions: Place all of the triangles of crescent rolls on a pizza pan. Stretch to fit; pat together to make one whole crust. Spoon on the sausage, potatoes, cheddar cheese and peppers. Mix the eggs in a bowl and add milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the pizza, then cover with the parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. This can be frozen and pieces reheated in the microwave.

Notes: So nice for company.
