Market Meat Loaf

1 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
6 tablespoons flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and sugar in a small saucepan, place over medium heat. Heat until sauce begins to bubble, stirring often, remove from heat. In a large bowl combine ground sirloin, flour, salt, onion powder, pepper and garlic powder with sauce reserving 2 tablespoons. Form into a loaf, cover with foil and bake covered with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and drain off fat then cut into 8 slices while still in pan. Pour remaining sauce over top and return to oven uncovered for 25 minutes or until all pink is gone. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes: This meat loaf is different from the usual meat loaf.
