Oven Baked Potatoes

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns-southern style 1
can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Directions: Mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine the remaining melted butter and crushed corn flakes and top mixture evenly. Bake

Notes: This is my favorite potato dish. I like it best made with shredded frozen potatoes.
