Butterscotch Tapioca

7 cups boiling water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups baby pearl tapioca
4 beaten egg yolks
1 cup cream or rich milk
3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon soda
1/3 cup water
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
6 Snicker candy bars (cut up)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: In a large saucepan boil together water, salt and tapioca for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add cream and egg yolks, stirring well and bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes. In another saucepan brown the margarine and add brown sugar, soda,
