1 egg beaten
6 tablespoons heavy cream
1 lemon, juiced
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
11 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 large can Royal Ann (white) cherries, drained
1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
1/2 pound miniature marshmallows
raisins (a handful)
coarsely chopped nut meats (a few)
Directions: Mix dressing: 1 egg beaten, cream, juice of l lemon and pinch of dry mustard and cook and let boil for 1 minute. After mixture cools mix with rest of ingredients and let set overnight.
Notes: This salad has a better flavor if allowed to set overnight.
