2 (3oz) boxes vanilla instant pudding
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 quart heavy whipping cream
Directions: Beat eggs and sugar together until smooth. Mix pudding according to directions on the box. Then mix everything together and put in a 1-1/2 gallon ice cream freezer. Add whole milk to the fill line. Churn the ice cream as you normally would using salt and ice. If made early in the day, it can sit in the freezer bucket (with the ice and salt) covered with a blanket until ready to serve. This sit time will harden the ice cream.
