Prize Rolls

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
4 cups flour
1 cup warm water
3 teaspoons warm water

Directions: Combine shortening, sugar and salt. Add the beaten eggs. Dissolve yeast in 3 teaspoons of water, add to the shortening mix. Add 1 cup warm water and 2 cups of the flour and mix well. Add rest of the flour and knead until smooth. Place in a clean bowl and cover and let raise 2 hours. Put the dough in the refrigerator. When ready to use make out the rolls and let rise 3 hours. Bake at 400°F oven for 10 minutes.

Notes: It's very important to let dough rise 3 hours.
