1-1/2 lbs. green cabbage, shredded
1/3 cup cider
1 cup whipping cream, (do not whip)
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sugar
Directions: Place shredded cabbage in covered dish in refrigerator for several hours. Mix cider, whipping cream, salt and sugar together 30 minutes before serving. Chill. Pour over cabbage and serve.
