Tuna Cheese Twist

2 6 oz. can chunk tuna
1 2 & 1/2 oz. can sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 cup cold water
1 can mushroom soup
2 cups Bisquick
1 & 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon water

Directions: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix tuna, olives, celery, green pepper, onion and 1/4 cup soup. In another bowl... Mix bisquick with 1/2 cup water to make soft dough. Knead 5 minutes and roll into a 14 x 11 inch rectangle. Place dough in center of a cookie sheet. Spoon tuna mixture lengthwise in center of dough and sprinkle with cheese. Clip dough at 1 inch intervals and lap over from side to side. Brush with egg and 1 tablespoon water. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Mix remaining soup, cheese and milk over low heat for sauce.
