2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
16 ounces sour cream
16 oz. carton whipped topping
15 oz can pineapple, crushed and drained
1/3 box graham crackers crushed
Directions: Mix together with mixer pudding, milk, sour cream and whipped topping, fold in drained pineapple. In a 13 x 9 inch pan spread the crushed graham crackers, put pudding mixture on top, can decorate with a few more crushed graham crackers.
