Homemade Turkey Sausage

1 tablespoon cumin, ground
2 teaspoons oregano, ground
2 teaspoons thyme, ground
2 teaspoons sage, ground
2 teaspoons rosemary, ground
2 teaspoons basil, leaf or ground
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder or to taste
1 tablespoon onion powder or to taste
4 (1.2 lbs) packages ground turkey
1 to 4 teaspoons water or as needed

Directions: Combine spices knead into ground turkey, adding a little water at a time if needed to help incorporate the spices. Divide into freezer bags. Size will depend on number of servings that you want per meal. Use a portion fresh and freeze remainder for future use. Makes 4.8 pounds. This is not a real spicy sausage and you may tweak it to your liking.
