Taco Pasta Salad

6 oz. rotini
1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1/2 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup 3-blend cheese, shredded

Directions: Cook rotini, cool completely. Brown ground beef, drain, add taco seasoning and prepare according to directions. Cool beef completely. Mix rotini, ground beef, tomato, green pepper, onion, taco sauce, salsa and cheese together. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. 6-8 servings.

Notes: This recipe is great because it can be made ahead for picnics, family gatherings, potlucks, etc. Any type of taco sauce and salsa can be used to make it hotter or with a mild flavor.
