Root Beer Float Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
1-1/4 cups root beer
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tubs whipped topping
butter flavor cooking spray

Directions: Place small bowl and beaters in the refrigerator to keep cold before mixing the frosting. Place a 13x9x2 inch pan on a piece of wax peper. Using a pen, trace around the pan to make a pattern. Cut around the marking. Spray the pan, place the wax paper in the pan and spray it. Combine cake mix, root beer, eggs and oil. Mix well. Pour cake mix in the pan and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Leave cake in the pan for about 5 minutes. Go around the cake with a knife. Use a large piece of cardboard covered with foil. Place it over the cake and turn the pan upside down. Remove the wax paper and let it cool. To prepare frosting mix 1 cup of root beer into the whipped topping. Beat at high speed until peaks form. Continue until light and fluffy. About 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate until cake is cool.

Notes: It's an easy and fun cake to make.
