2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
1 cup nuts
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups powder sugar
2 cups whipped topping
2 (small) packages instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk
Directions: 1st layer mix together butter, flour and nuts and pat in the bottom of 9x13 inch buttered pan. Bake 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes. 2nd layer blend together cream cheese and powder sugar. Fold into cheese and sugar mixture. 3rd layer mix together lemon pudding and milk. Top with whipped topping and nuts, refrigerate until cool.
