Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup sugar
6 cups flour
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons hot water

Directions: Mix water and milk, heat to lukewarm. Add oil, salt, eggs, yeast, sugar and flour. Mix together and knead until soft dough forms that can be rolled out. Let rise 1/2 hour. Punch down and rise 1 hour. Roll out spread with filling consisting of margarine, sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into about 1 inch size, put into pan. Rise for 15 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. To prepare glaze mix together margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and hot water. Spread on warm rolls.
