Fantastic Poppy Seed Bread

3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons poppy seed
1-1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions: Combine flour, salt, baking powder and poppy seed, set aside. Cream sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Add dry ingredients while slowly adding milk. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan or 5 mini pans for 40 to 60 minutes at 350°F. To prepare glaze put sugar, orange juice and almond extract in saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil. Drizzle glaze over top of bread after you take from oven.

Notes: I was visiting in Minnesota and was served this bread. I ate so much I just couldn't leave it alone.
