Oriental Pepper Steak

1-1/2 lbs. beef (sirloin or rib) cut in thin strips
1-1/2 teaspoons Accent
1 cup beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 green peppers, cut in strips
1 (medium) onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled, cut in wedges
2 teaspoons corn starch
2 tablespoons water

Directions: Sprinkle beef with 1 teaspoon Accent. Brown beef in hot oil in skillet. Add bouillon, sugar, ginger and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add peppers, onion, tomatos and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Accent , cook 5 minutes longer. Combine cornstarch and water. Stir until smooth. Add slowly to beef mixture. Cook, stirring until mixture comes to a boil.

Notes: Serve with rice and grape tapioca pudding.
