Grilled Flank Steak

1 cup soy sauce
2 cups barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 flank steak, 1-1/2 to 2 lb. size

Directions: Combine soy sauce, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce in shallow glass pan or heavy zipper style plastic bag. Add meat. Marinate 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator. Remove meat from marinade and discard leftover marinade. Grill over direct heat using medium hot coals in covered barbecue or on gas grill 5 to 6 minutes each side. Allow meat to set for a few minutes then cut in diagonal slices. Makes 4 servings.

Notes: This cut of meat is less expensive and tastes as good as any steak.
