Brownie Pizza

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup margarine
1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup M & M's

Directions: Coat a 12 inch pizza pan with non-stick spray. Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a medium bowl until well blended. Melt margarine and one cup chocolate chips in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring often. Remove from heat when mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar, then eggs and vanilla until blended. Pour into flour mixture and stir until smooth. Spread mixture into prepared pizza pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips around the edge. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle white chips in the middle. Let stand until soft, then spread to edge of chocolate chip rim. Sprinkle M & M's on the pizza.Cool completely then cut into 12 wedges.
