egg 1
milk (warm) 1 cup
flour 3 cups
sugar 3 tablespoon
salt 1 1/2 teaspoon
bread machine yeast 1 1/2 teaspoon
butter(no substitutes) 3 tablespoon
Caramel Sauce:
butter(no substitutes) 1/4 cup
brown sugar 3/4 cup
milk 1/4 cup
white corn syrup 1 tablespoon

Directions: Break egg into 2 cup measuring cup; add enough warm milk to equal 1 1/8 cups liquid. Put in bread machine; add flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and melted butter. Start bread machine. After second rise remove dough and roll into approximately 10 x 18 inch retangle on a floured board. Spread with softened butter(about 1/4 cup), cinnamon, and brown sugar. Roll and slice about 1 inch thick and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Caramel Sauce: In small saucepan melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and syrup; cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and return to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in pecans and spoon over warm cinnamon rolls. Makes approximately 15 to 18 rolls.
