1 can corn, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can diced Ro-Tel (semi-drained)
1 can green chiles, chopped
5 to 20 jalapeño peppers, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions: Mix well and heat in the oven till bubbly. Serve hot with chips.
Notes: Depending on your level of heat...be careful with the jalapeños!
