1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn
1 (15 oz.) can French cut green beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 (35) package buttered crackers, crushed
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions: Mix all ingredients except crackers together. Top with 35 (1 package) buttered crackers mixed into 1 stick melted margarine. Bake 35 minutes at 350°F. Whole kernel corn can be substituted for shoe peg corn.
Notes: Can be put together the day before. Can also be frozen.
