Berried Delight

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Milk
3 1/2 cups whipped topping
2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups milk

Directions: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Chill. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in even layer. Using 2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped toping over pudding. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired; chill. Makes 15 servings.,This is a light, tasty dessert that can be changed to accommodate any taste and that can be changed, depending on the fruit in season. Try other combinations using other flavors of pudding such as vanilla or butterscotch and other fruits such as bananas, fresh peaches, crushed pineapple (drained) or any flavor of canned fruit pie filling.
