Hawaiian Cake Dessert

1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup milk
1 (3 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (small) can coconut
1 (small) can nuts, crushed
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
maraschino cherries

Directions: Mix the yellow cake mix according to the instructions on the box. Bake 15 minutes in a large cookie sheet with sides. Mix pudding with the milk. Beat in the cream cheese. Add the whipped topping and mix by hand. Spread on top of cake when it is very cool. Sprinkle on the pineapple, coconut, nuts and cherries for decoration.

Notes: Our family enjoys this dessert, as it is a light dessert after a meal.
