Mystery Choco Cookies

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions: Mix flour, baking cocoa and baking soda in small bowl. Cream margarine, 1/4 cup peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Combine powdered sugar and 3/4 cup peanut butter in small bowl; mix well. Shape into thirty 1 inch balls. Shape chocolate mixture by 1 tablespoonfuls around peanut butter balls, enclosing completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375°F for 7 to 9 minutes or until slightly cracked. Remove to wire rack to cool. 30 servings.

Notes: Who doesn't like chocolate and peanut butter? This gives everyone a surprise in the middle. Fun to make!!
