1 (3 oz.) package strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping
1 small Angel food cake, cut in 1 inch cubes
Directions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain berries and add juice to the gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened. Add whipped topping to gelatin and blend until smooth. Add strawberries and pour mixture over cake in a 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut and serve.
