1 pound fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 ( 8 oz. ) container whipped topping
Directions: Grind cranberries in food processor, add sugar, cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Drain. Add grapes, pecans and whipped topping to the cranberries and mix.
Notes: My grandmother traditionally served this salad during the holidays. She was such a delight and a perfect hostess.
