Fresh Peach Delight

1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2-3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 package peach gelatin
5 peaches, peeled and sliced

Directions: Crust: Mix flour, margarine, brown sugar and nuts. Pat into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 325°F. Let cool. Filling: Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese then fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate. Topping: Mix sugar, water, syrup and cornstarch. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat and add peach gelatin. Let cool. Spread filling on crust. Add sliced peaches on top of filling. Pour gelatin mixture on top of peaches. Refrigerate.
